Who we are
Leatherlips Yacht Club is a private member driven volunteer, non-profit sailing club.
Our Mission:
The purpose of this Club shall be primarily to promote and facilitate the sport of sail yachting and of sail yacht racing, and secondarily to provide a social center for the members, their families, and guests.
Our members are friendly, family-oriented sailors who enjoy the competition and comraderie of sailing and racing. We have long-term and new members, national championship racers, beginning racers and pleasure sailors.
Our youth participate in many of the general activities, but there are also programs just for them:
– Sailing School Summer Camps
– Intermediate / Advanced sailing clinics
– LYC Jr. Sailor Events
